We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, carrier or company name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, Instagram username, carrier type, equipment, fleet size, authority age, MC or USDOT number, base location, preferred lanes, dispatch challenges, current load-booking method and desired start date.

We may also receive limited technical and source information, such as the page URL and campaign or referral label associated with your visit. Our hosting provider may process technical logs needed for security and reliable operation.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, driver's-license images, insurance documents or other sensitive documents through the initial application.

2. How we use information

We use application information to review whether our dispatching services may fit your operation, respond to your request, contact you using your selected method, provide and improve services, measure marketing sources, protect the website from misuse, keep business records and comply with legal obligations.

3. Contact permission and opting out

If you give permission, Truxon Dispatch may contact you about your application and dispatching services by telephone, text message, WhatsApp or email. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking us during a call, using an unsubscribe option when available or emailing info@truxondispatch.com.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to take steps at your request before providing services, for our legitimate interests in responding to carrier enquiries and operating our business, with your consent for communications where consent is required, and to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already completed.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers that help us host the website, store applications, communicate by email or messaging, prevent fraud, maintain systems or obtain professional advice. These providers may use information only to perform services for us, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
